The Arcadia metaverse space was designed by MCH Global (a full-service experiential marketing agency) with the focus on creating an experiential metaverse platform.


The Arcadia space was created to facilitate interactive learning about the metaverse and what possibilities exist within this space for brands. SpaceTo (a division of the Eventagrate Group) worked alongside MCH Global to optimize the platforms’ experiential design, user navigation and technical integrations.


SpaceTo created a frictionless metaverse environment with an expansive variety of immersive content, seamless user interactivity and a focus on autonomous user engagement and collaboration.


SpaceTo achieved this through thorough research and development, complex technology integrations, UI optimization and rigorous testing of Arcadia’s metaverse platform.

Ready Player Me is a custom avatar application builder which was integrated into the platform. In addition, an NFT tree experience was integrated which linked out to an NFT wallet application, giving users the option to collect NFT rewards.


A music playlist was also integrated to the DJ area and multiple applications were added to provide a variety of content mediums.

Users could then also personalise their avatar within the space.

This networking lounge was designed to facilitate seamless collaboration via guided conversational topics around sustainable travel. Two, group voice chat-pods were created on either end of the lounge to facilitate real-time conversations and group interactions. Text chat rooms were also included for those who preferred more private conversations. Predefined gestures and actions were also included as features on the users’ avatar which could be used to communicate and network with other visitors.

Influential figures such as Richard Quest (CNN representative) & H.H. Princess Haifa Al Saud, Vice Minister of Tourism (Saudi), along with several other panelists were mirrored into the metaverse in real-time as their “Digi Twin” avatars took up the metaverse stage.


The panel’s human gestures and audio was captured by live cameras and then mapped into web3 technology to deliver ultra-realistic mirrored actions in the metaverse.

The Digi Twins were then live-streamed in HD. This is one of the first global events to leverage this type of technology within the tourism industry.
