Each stand provided a preview of service catalogs, policy documents, and FAQs. Engaging hosts in both English and Arabic offered detailed information about each service, and dynamic web pages provided further insights. Live online consultants were integrated into the platform to communicate with users and provide instantaneous information in real-time.
